Why people book me

Three things you won’t get from a stock photographer.

01

Veteran owned, on base access

Four years in the Army with The Old Guard. I can get on base in San Diego, I know how a ceremony flows, and I know when to stay out of the way.

02

Candid, not staged

No stiff posing, no shot list for the whole day. I guide when it helps and step back when the real thing is already happening.

03

Fast, hand edited delivery

Most galleries land in 7 to 14 days. Every image is edited by hand, sized for print and for your phone, with a print release for personal sessions.

Meet your photographer

Hey, I’m Keegan Holt.

San Diego is home for now. I photograph real moments for couples, military families, athletes, brands, and everyday life that deserves to be remembered.

I’m an Army veteran and photographer drawn to honest, unscripted moments. Four years in uniform, a few moves, and a lot of goodbyes taught me that the ordinary days are the ones you’ll want back. My goal is to create images that feel genuine, timeless, and true to you.

Kind words

Kind words from good humans

Keegan photographed our WSO class in front of the Blue Angels and absolutely delivered. He was professional, efficient, and made the whole thing easy. The photos were clean, powerful, and captured the pride we all felt that day.

Keegan made us feel totally at ease the moment we showed up. No stiff posing, no pressure—just hanging out and laughing while he worked his magic. The photos feel like us, and we’ll treasure them forever.

Loved the final shots. I felt they showcased all the hard work I’d put in at the gym over the past year.

FAQ

Quick answers before you reach out.

Don’t see yours? Shoot me a message. Don’t worry about the details.

This is my first photoshoot. What should I know?

Don’t stress it. I’ll walk you through everything. You don’t need to pose or perform. Just show up and be yourself. I’ve got the rest covered.

Can I bring my dog, my kids, or my chaotic family?

Yes. All of them. I thrive in the chaos. That’s where the real stuff happens. Just let me know ahead of time so I can bring extra patience and maybe a treat.

Are you available outside of San Diego?

Absolutely. I’m always down to travel, whether it’s a weekend in the mountains or a session on base somewhere else. Just say when and where. Travel more than 30 minutes each way adds $100.

Can you get on base for military ceremonies?

Yes. I have on base access in San Diego and regularly shoot promotions, changes of command, award ceremonies and homecomings.

How fast will I get my photos?

Most galleries are delivered within 7 to 14 days depending on the project and the season. Weddings take 4 to 8 weeks. Rush delivery is available.

Ready when you are

You don’t need a reason or a perfect plan. If it matters to you, it’s worth capturing. I’ll take care of the rest.
